Really hard to judge results on a product like this. I cant see a difference in drinking it everyday, but my body is used to supplements in general. I just got it to not break my fast. Flavor is good for one bottle a day, but I can see it becoming meh for people who use this a lot.
I workout in the a.m fasted so I definetly need something thats gonna help me get through my workouts i drink Bomba strawberry mango flavor & I loooove it! Gets the job done & has me adding more & more water throughout my session so I can keep drinking it haha will order again.
